What you receive

Every product sold here is a digital file in PDF format. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive an email containing your receipt and a download link, normally within a few minutes. The file is yours to keep and to print for your own use; access does not expire.

Who you are buying from

Digistore24 Inc. is the merchant of record for this purchase. That means Digistore24 Inc. handles the payment, the receipt and any applicable sales tax, and appears on your card statement. The content itself is produced and supported by [Legal entity name].

Refunds

If the guide isn't right for you, email [support email] within 60 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to delete the file. Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the purchase; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a few business days.

If you bought an add-on or an additional product in the same checkout, each item is refunded separately — tell us which ones you want refunded, or say "everything".

Problems with delivery

If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first; the sender is Digistore24. If it still isn't there, email [support email] with the address you used at checkout and we will resend the link.

Cancellation

These are one-time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing recurring is charged.
